In the bakery if it cold, but we like the beach front in summer

Depends really, we would just spend some on food and save as much as possible

How did A Touch of Europe Bakehouse happen?  How long have you been operating?
Our parents bought the business in Early 2003, so we are going into our 17th year

Best business experience?
Being able to cater for the community as needed, learning as we go along

If you weren’t doing this, what would you be doing?
Not sure, I guess we’ve been in this business for too long that we don’t even know what else we could be doing

Best part of your job or most enjoyable part of your job?
Being able to connect with the locals, and the whole Northern Beaches community

Most stressful part of your job?
Is when we’re running late for the day

What’s the best part of working on the Northern Beaches? Why’d you chose to work here?
Originally it was just the Manly Beach vibe that got my parents attention, but everyone here is so nice, friendly and understanding that make us feels very much accepted to be a part of the Northern Beaches community.
