How did Salty Rooster happen?  How long have you been operating?
It was always a dream of mine. I made it happen with our first store in Narrabeen 15 years ago.

Opening first store

I am exactly where I want to be.

Best part of your job or most enjoyable part of your job?
Delivering customer’s a quality product and the relationships and friendships I have built with them.

Most stressful part of your job?
Life is too short to stress

The community, the beach atmosphere, casual and relaxed and personable lifestyle.
